Wells Orthodontics approached Graphic Pezaz to design and develop a new website that would provide a modern, professional online presence for the practice while making information easy to access for both patients and referring dental professionals.

The project involved the design and development of a comprehensive multi-page website, bringing together information about the practice, orthodontic treatments, the team and patient journey, alongside dedicated contact and referral functionality.

The Brief

The new website needed to reflect the professional and welcoming nature of Wells Orthodontics while presenting a considerable amount of information in a clear, accessible and easy-to-navigate format.

An important part of the brief was creating different routes through the website for patients and dental professionals. Visitors needed to be able to explore treatment information and learn more about the practice, while dentists required a straightforward way to refer patients directly to Wells Orthodontics.

The website also needed to work seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices, with clear calls to action and simple ways for visitors to contact the practice.

The Approach

I designed the website around a clean and contemporary layout that complements the established Wells Orthodontics identity while allowing the practice, its team and treatments to take centre stage.

Careful consideration was given to the structure of the website and how visitors would move through the content. Treatment information, practice details and team profiles were organised into clearly defined sections, helping users find relevant information without being overwhelmed.

A dedicated online referral form was also designed and developed for dental professionals. The form allows referring dentists to provide patient details, treatment requirements, practice information and the reason for referral through a clear and structured process, creating a much more convenient route for professional referrals.

Contact forms and clear calls to action were incorporated throughout the site, while responsive development ensures the website remains easy to use whether it is being viewed on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone.

The Result

Wells Orthodontics now has a modern and professional website that provides a strong online representation of the practice while making its services and information easy to access for patients and dental professionals.

The clear structure and responsive design provide a straightforward experience across all devices, while the dedicated referral functionality gives dentists a convenient way to submit patient referrals directly through the website.
